    Default Synch / Network Error

    Hello -

Having problems synchronizing and accessing one of my email accounts; email is being pulled down from a MS Exchange server hosting site. I have two other email accounts linked to Zimbra Desktop: yahoo and hotmail; not problems with these.

I have been receiving the following message with the MS Exhange server hosting site linked account:

A network service error has occurred.

    method: SearchRequest

msg: system failure: fetching search metadata

    code: service.FAILURE

    detail: soap:Receiver

Default Seems like a systemic error / issue...but no solution

I have the same issue with MS Exchange/IMAP...ZD downloads MS Outlook emails but once I click on an email receive same error as yours:

A network service error has occurred.

    method: SearchRequest
msg: system failure: fetching search metadata
    code: service.FAILURE
    detail: soap:Receiver

I tried re-loading ZD (latest version), reset ZD email account, but problem unsolved.

Seems issue/error SYSTEMIC... many posts with same isssue but no answers.

    Have you found a solution?
