No longer able to launch Zimbra Desktop
I have been using Zimbra desktop for over a year. On Friday, I received the following error message while trying to launch Zimbra:
"Couldn't access Zimbra Desktop server. If issue persists after reinstall, please check logs for errors and report to http://www.zimbra.com/forums/zimbra-desktop."
I am worried about losing past email on re-install, so attempted to download Zimbra desktop again and launch in. I get the same error message.
I am not very technically savy and don't know what to do - any assistance is greatly appreciated!
