    Angry Opening PDF files cause Zimbra Desktop 7.2.1 to crash

    I have same issue with ZD 7.2.1 on my PC running Windows 7. (also have Windows XP on another machine, and a 3rd on a MAC with no such problem).

    I discovered that the problem on the Windows 7 PC only occurs when opening the application in desktop mode. If I launch it in web browser, it does not crash.

    First things its a desktop client bug that's why its not happening in web client. I am facing same issue - when I open PDF to view it directly instead of downloading it ZD crash.
    I am using Zimbra Desktop Client version 7.2.1 GA(build 11637)

    I took the logs of that particular instants when my Zimbra Desktop Client crash:

    If any one can understand what happening with ZD please tell me. Now its getting worst I try bugZilla as well but they cant reproduce this issue and they closed it.

    Now on version 7.2.2

    Anyone at the Zimbra team? Surely someone will take ownership of this issue.

    Hi Dear,

    I am running Zimbra Desktop 7.2.2 on Win Xp. I couldn't find any problem that finding. Please check the OS or may have to update your adobe reader.... please do it once...and let me know....
