Zimbra Support Portal
I am looking for a new system to track bugs and handle support requests for our internal IT Department. I quite like the Zimbra support system, what is it?
Also do you guys use some sort of evidence based scheduling and how do you track your developers time? without it getting in their faces?
Bugzilla is a very popular open-source bug tracking system.

The support portal is a Joomla website with additionnal devs.
One of the devs is the link to to Salesforce's ticketing system.
If you want a bug handling tool, bugzilla is nice.
If you want a ticketing system, Mantis Bug Tracker is nice (and much cheaper than Salesforce 8)).
