Your experiences with Zimbra Support?
I'd like to know if anybody else has noticed any changes in the service level of Zimbra Support? I'm asking because I've noticed clear deterioration in the past few months. They used to be quick and competent answering any questions but now I'm suffering from severe lag in having my problems solved. For example, I have a case open about Spamassassin's Bayesian classifier not learning anything, and the last time I've heard anything from Zimbra was almost 4 weeks ago! Is this something you have also experienced or am I just a lonely unlucky one?
