Is it possible to change the email address in the Zimbra support portal, or who do I need to get a hold of to change it?
I tried editing the account via the My Login button, but it keeps reverting to the old email account.
I'm trying to consolidate the external service logins of the company I work for to one email address. The idea is to have consistent login or email address that forwards emails to the IT department instead of one person.
I can't find anything about this, so I apologize if this has been addressed.
