Is there a bug that currently restricts Zimbra users to forward their Zimbra email accounts to a personal AOL account? One of my employees (we use the Zimbra Collaboration suite) has tried repeatedly to forward Zimbra email to his AOL accounts and the AOL server never receives the email.

Where should I even BEGIN to look to solve this problem? It sounds like it may be a settings problem on the AOL end, but I don't know what that would be or where to look for it. I will never see the man's email account or computer, so going to his computer will not work. What can I pass along to him to help?

Also, he has no other problems sending emails to other people, nor does he have problems receiving email from other people (like me!) but I use Groupwise, not Zimbra.
