    Default calendar sync failed


    I got the following sync failure:

    No further problems though, everything is working fine.

    Hi, first of all if your server is older than 5.0.3 you should upgrade to 1119. 1116 has a backward compatibility issue with older versions of ZCS.

    Now regarding the sync failure reports, we added this mechanism mainly to avoid blocking sync in case there's an issue. Sometimes these reports are overly aggressive and may not mean there's a real issue.

    The best way to deal with these reports is, first to search forum/bugzilla as always, and then if it hasn't been reported before post to forum. Also please open a bug in bugzilla with the same information and link back to the forum post.

    Hopefully it's not something you need to do often And we new fixes we'll gradually see fewer of these in the future. Thanks!
