If this has been addressed by all means reference the correct thread in your reply, however here is the issue at hand.

We recently upgraded to the latest version of Zimbra 5. Our employees reserve conference rooms by going into the Zimbra Webmail, Calendars, New, and then Find Location to look up a room and see if it is reserved or not. However, this morning I was notified (we did the upgrade over the weekend), that people on Macs with Firefox and a few WinXP/Firefox users will hit the Search button under Find Locations tab and nothing will appear. It doesn't appear that the website tries to load any information either as the Firefox circle in the upper right of the browser doesn't turn at all.

Has anyone experienced this problem before?
