I have a user that is now experiencing an error with his External IMAP account.

A network service error has occurred. msg: system failure: FETCH failed
code: service.FAILURE
method: ImportDataRequest
detail: soap:Receiver
trace: btpool0-4111:1208338699393:93ae803fb1eb819a

External account is up and accessible via alternative method, and email service does not seem to be otherwise interrupted. Any ideas as to what this error is referring to?
