Delete mail forwarding
I may be dumber than a stone, but the instructions that I was given by Support to delete mail forwarding are not, in my opinion, designed for a novice user without assistance of a System Administrator. By way of background, I had to reload Windows and Zimbra desktop. So when I opened Zimbra, and went to Preferences, the forwarding address was not longer filled in. Therefore, I could not cancel it. Can someone explain how to fix to a novice user? Thank you so much.
Here are the instructions I was given -- "Even you can cancel email forwarding using Web browser based - Zimbra Web Client, https://<mailservername/IP>, enter your user id and password and goto Preferences> Mail >
When a message arrives:Forward a copy to: <Remove email id> Don't keep a local copy of messages [Un-tick this option]
Also I would like to know, Are you a System administrator or normal zimbra mail user?, This work(ZCS commands) has to performed by your mail server administrator, who is having linux/unix knowledge."
Can someone translate into simple English for a novice user?

Sorry you're having trouble. Please understand that Zimbra Desktop is not supported by Zimbra Support yet, as it's in BETA. Any effort at support that they offer is as a courtesy, and not a requirement.
With that said, Zimbra Desktop preferences are not transferred to the Zimbra server. Please log into your e-mail account via the Zimbra Web Client, and not through Zimbra Desktop. Any effort to toggle a change in Desktop will not force a change on the server.
Then go into preferences -> mail -> uncheck forwarding.

It's probably the URL that you enter to tell Zimbra Desktop to connect to the Zimbra server. How was Desktop setup? Did you set it up, or have an administrator set it up?
Do you have a location that you formally accessed to get to your mail? That's probably it.
I entered it. I am a stand alone user (no administrator -- if I had one I would not be in this fix -- just kidding). So please tell me where and how to enter the URL. So please advise how I compose the URL using my email address. Thanks.
