Default forwarding email in one account from another

So, I have an iphone, and needed IMAP support for my Yahoo Account since the iPhone does not have a mark as read function (for all you iphone users, you know how annoying it is to read an email at the computer and then have to reread the email on the iphone-- IMAP solves this easier than logging into the Yahoo account).

So I tried to set up my Yahoo Plus account on the free desktop version of Zimbra.

First problem I encountered is that I want to forward an email from my Yahoo Account to another person. Won't send... and it won't send any other email either.

I CAN send via my gmail imap or my pop work account. Is there a way to, with the email still in my Yahoo IMAP account switch which account I send from? Or do I have to forward the email to another account that can send just to forward it to the person I want to send to?
