Default Problems with POP3 GMX mail account

When setting up an GMX mail account via POP3 it only works when unchecking the box "leave message on server".

I on purpose want to have this function, the mails should leave on the server.

It seems, that this is a bug. Just by changing this setting (with the same account data) it changes between everything OK and saying "account datas are wrong".

We need more information on what's wrong. Please take a look at http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?tit...hings_Go_Wrong

I just setup gmx email account tonight. Everything goes fine. I configured it as "IMAP" and changed SMTP port from 25 to 587.

After setting up my gmx mail accounts (POP3), Zimbra doesnŽt fetch mail. I get this error message:
Debug message: system failure: POP3 server must support UIDL extension.
I suppose there are a lot of gmx and zimbra users out there, IŽd very much appreciate if someone told how to make the two communicate.
