    Welcome to the forums,

There's no built-in converter for exporting to PDF at the moment, vote for Bug 21047 - Enable create PDF from message printable view however:

-There is software out there referred to as 'PDF printers', you simply print the emails from the ZWC to it just like you would select another device to send to, and you get a PDF file.
-If you need to do it in batch there's .msg/.eml to PDF converters available.

If you list the operating system your using we could make some suggestions.

What we do when people leave the company is we setup their profile on our machine with the outlook connector. If you have adobe professional, you can then click on this "create pdf from folder" icon within outlook. It's really neat, it creates a pdf file thath as all the e-mails from folders and subfolders within the pdf. You can view the e-mails and it even embeds the attachments within. It also indexes the whole thing for fast searching. It's not just a regular pdf file thats 10000 pages long or whatever it's some special format.
