My boss has installed ZDesktop on his Mac and set it up to sync with his gmail account (mail and calendar). Everything is working reasonably well, but he noticed that the zdesktop application data directory on his Mac is taking up 10GB of space. He only has about 1.2GB of email on his gmail account, and 10GB seems to be excessive. Two directories make up the bulk of this--log and store.
In my own case, I have something like 700MB on my gmail account, and my zdesktop data directory (I'm using a PC) is only 1.3GB in size.
Would the fact that his own space is 10GB indicate a problem? Are there files he can safely remove from log and store?
