How many zimbra accounts you have setup on ZD? Currently we don't support sharing the same resource by more than one accounts on ZD.

For example, if you have setup account A and account B on ZD. You can not let A and B both mount a shared resource, from like account C.

You sure can share your folders to as many people as you'd like. But first I have to understand how you setup your zimbra accounts (see previous question)

    oh ok..

We at the office each have a zimbra account. For example :

    andreb@chapmans.co.tt
    manager@chapmans.co.tt
    giselle@chapmans.co.tt

None of the accounts are shared.

What i did was share my Task list with giselle@chapmans.co.tt and i got that error when i was trying to share my same list with manager@chapmans.co.tt..

hmmm, if you only have one zimbra account set up on ZD, you should not see that error though.

the only time you get that is you have two accounts on ZD, say A and B, and you want to mount the same shared folder in both A and B accounts.

Can you do what you are trying to do with web client?
