I realize this is a question for Yahoo, but hopefully someone here has the answer?
We know that Gmail/Google Apps users can move messages into and out of the Spam folder using IMAP, which is supposedly equivalent to clicking the webmail 'Report spam' and 'Not spam' buttons, respectively (presumably contributing to some sort of community spam training?).
The free Yahoo webmail 'Spam' and 'Not Spam' buttons also supposedly perform community training as part of Yahoo's SpamGuard technology (the SpamGuard Plus that comes with Yahoo Mail Plus and Business Email goes even further to provide user-specific training).
Now that we can access Yahoo via IMAP using Zimbra Desktop, this begs the question, does moving messages into and out of the Yahoo Spam folder via IMAP also perform this community training (and user training for Mail Plus/Business Email accounts)?
