    Default Formatting Email Printout

I am fairly new to Zimbra, but I would consider myself a power user otherwise.
Love to have all inclusive email client for ALL types of email accounts.

The problem I am having concerns the way Zimbra formats emails for printing.

A typical output I am getting has a header at the very top with "" in the left top corner, followed by address and port on the localhost / loopback address in the right corner. Than we have a "Zimbra Collaboration Suite" and my email address just above the message.
The actual message starts next. At the bottom of the page there's page number (left side) and date & time (right side).

Most of my emails are getting printed to PDF for archiving. In the past, I have set all my previous email clients and browsers (for web mail) NOT to include anything in the header or footer. Normally I could fairly easily delete those few lines in Acrobat or Nitro PDF but that's an extra step.

So I would like to ask if there is an easier way to set up print formatting permanently, perhaps via xml, php or some other configuration file.

    Please advise.

    Default Issue with Font Size

Need to add to the above issue with font size.

For the messages that are pure text (no HTML), when printing the font size for message body is set to 9pts. That's slightly on the small side for me. Any way to change this as well?
