Question I'm not able to include a Microsoft live hotmail

keep getting this message, is ...
"User account has been denied access from this remote client. Please check account privileges to determine if a higher level of service is required."

    What should I do??

    Please help me.

I have got the same question.
however, I think Zimbra doesn't really support the free Microsoft live hotmail.
(may just suppot the paied hotmail plus client whose account can suppot pop3)
look this may help: remote access denied when setting up hotmail in my e-mail client - Windows Live Help

I keep getting the same thing. if I try to set it uo as a pop or imap it does not let you leave messages on the server either.I have checked everything on microsofts hotmail live support and they suggest to contact Zimbra. User account has been denied remote access from this client. Please check account privileges to determine if a higher level of service is required.

Looks like I'm getting the same error when I tried to setup my account. From what it looks like it is trying to connect to www. hotmail.com, I'm wondering if access via that page is no longer allowed and that is the problem. MSN has been switching hotmail services to mail.live.com.

If anyone is interested here is the information from the log:
