    Default Can't find the tool bar

    Hello, I have just downloaded Zimbra Desktop and I want to import contacts from Outlook 2003. Read the help blurb and it said click on Options. I don't have an options button and I seem to be missing a tool bar. How do I get that to show?

    Which version of Zimbra Desktop? If it's version 1 then I'd suggest you install the ZD version 2 beta 3 (details of the download in the ZD forums) and use that, you should find the option under the Preferences tab.

    Hi Bill, thanks for the reply. I'm using Version 1-0-4 which I downloaded day before yesterday. Perhaps I'm being a bit thick but I cannot find a download for ZD Version 2 beta 3. Can you give me a web page please? Thanks. Tio

    Done that thanks. After downloading (I clicked on the REPAIR button) I closed the computer down and restarted, opened Zimbra Desktop and it was exactly the same. No tool bar, still can't import old Outlook file. I'm doing something wrong.
