I am worried about the stress of the server. I had a bad experience with Thunderbird and it wasn't downloading the messages all the way and kept engaging the server. Will Zimbra be better? Please advise.
So there will always be a hard copy on the local drive even when IMAP isn't synced and offline?
Thanks Bill! So just to clarify, I will need to reset Zimbra and then resync using IMAP, correct?
There is no limitation set on Zimbra for the amount of email space is there?
For example; If I had 20GB of emails Zimbra wouldn't crash would it?
I will let you know how it goes, I am going to do it today. If this works I will get my whole company utilizing this solution. You have been a great help and have provided great support! I have faith that this will work and is the solution I have been looking for!
