Default Default HTML setup not working

    Hi guys, using Desktop 7

I have the settings option ticked in the preferences tab, that makes composing in HTML the default in new emails.

However, all my new emails are still created in plain text by default.

Is this a known bug, or am I doing something wrong?

    Appreciate your help.

    Cheers,
    Rich.

    Default

I am having the same problem. When I change it and save, the next message will be in HTML but it won't have my HTML signature. The following messages will be in Plain Text with a screwed up HTML Signature being displayed in plain text.

When i change the following messages to HTML the HTML signature correctly formatted gets put below the screwed up version forcing me to manually select and delete it.

It basically ignores the preference and messes with the signature if you try and force it to play nice and that only lasts the next compose.

Using ZD version 7.0.1 (Build 10791) on a Mac OS X version 10.6.7

Would love this to get fixed as its the only thing preventing me from deleting outlook. My company requires me to use a html signature for composing new emails so this becomes painful quickly.
