Those addresses do not seem to be responding to POP3/SMTP protocols.

Is this a hotmail account? If so, then you probably want pop3.live.com and smtp.live.com. Those may work for msn accounts as well, but not sure.

It will support any IMAP/POP3/SMTP server setup.

Is your account with MSN/Hotmail enabled for those protocols? Can you get it set up in another email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) to confirm it works?

So, my mac worked just fine with the msn email account,
i don't quite know what the macs standard email client is called
but i'm assuming if that one works the msn account should work in zimbra...

what are you supposed to fill in at entrance server? smtp server? port? is there no
way to do this ? i only have two email accounts, yahoo (new) and msn
if msn won't work with zimbra I have to find another client,
even though it comes highly recommended
