    Unhappy Issues with Zimbra Desktop 7.1.1 and SBCGLOBAL

    Hello All

    I upgraded to Zimbra Desktop 7.1.1 and since then I am having issues with being able to send out emails from my SBCGLOBAL.NET accounts. It works fine on receiving emails but when I try to send I get

    Delivery failed: SendMessage request failed: Method context doesn't exist

    I have checked all the settings and everything seems to be in order. Has anyone else run into this issue?

    Hi John,

    Welcome to the forums!

    Others here in the forums and one of our clients have reported this same issue, but with Yahoo mail accounts.

    Without getting in to the technical details (you can search the forums here if you wish), Zimbra are coding a workaround for changes made to Yahoo's servers into the next release of ZD, 7.1.2, reportedly anticipated to be released in late September.
