    Default IMAP Accounts not working on Desktop Ver 7.1.4?

    IMAP email accounts appear not to work with this version
    Zimbra Desktop 7.1.4 (build 11234)
    POP accounts working well.

    Works fine for me too. If you can be a bit more specific, and/or enable debug logging and post zdesktop.log we might be able to help.

    Cool Experiencing problmens with 7.1.4

    There seems to be some problems with the 7.1.4.
    We own different windows PC-s (all Win7) which we have update to 7.1.4. Some are running fine, others go too quickly offline when synchronizing. In all cases, we are synchronizing with telenet.be which to my belief have central Zimbra servers.
    The error log does not show anything specific message. The most amazing fact I have experienced is one Zimbra client controlling two email accounts @ telenet. For one email account, synchronizing goes good, the other goes offline al the time (2-3 minutes). We use Imap in all cases. The big difference (I see) between both accounts is the n° of saved emails. The "big" account experiences the problem.
    I am still researching but something is wrong.
    When running on the 7.1.2, we did never have this problem.

    Hi all,

    I wonder whether the original poster still has the problem, or if it was specific to the build he was using. I am using Zimbra Desktop 7.1.4 GA build 11299 and haven't got these problems with IMAP.

    Thought I had replied some time ago. Must be not. My apologies. I too am using 7.1.4 build11299 and am very satisfied. All is working well for both POP and IMAP accts.
