Authentication problems with first time installation/setup
Hello, all. Downloaded Zimbra Desktop 7.2.1 today to Widows 7 laptop and installed the software. Had a few failed attempts at authenticating my Gmail account...error message said that my username and/or password were incorrect, even though I had, in fact, entered the correct Gmail address and password. I eventually succeeded in authenticating by unchecking the boxes for contact and calendar synchronization and then resubmitting my login credentials. After that, the program started downloading my emails from Gmail. About 20 minutes into the process, though, I got an account authentication prompt that looks like this:
I keep entering my password, but the program won't accept it...even though I'm entering the correct password (sort of like when I tried to set up the account in the first place).
