    Unhappy Zimbra icon launches... Prism?

A funny thing happened this morning; shortly after releasing my computer from hibernation, I launched my mail clients (I use Windows Live Mail, Zimbra Desktop, and Thunderbird). I looked out the window, and then turned to see my computer was restarting due to an unknown error of some sort. Thunderbird didn't have any adverse effects, but I had to relink my email account on Windows Live Mail.

Apparently, Zimbra Desktop was also adversely affected. Any time I attempt to launch it (C:\Windows\System32\cscript.exe "C:\Program Files\Zimbra\Zimbra Desktop\win32\zdrun.vbs"), a dialogue comes up asking me to set up a Mozilla Labs Prism.

I'm guessing from what I'm reading online that Zimbra Desktop runs within Prism and I simply need to enter the appropriate settings. Can someone assist me?

    Thanks!

    Default

    Resolved. I found a fix: https://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=57566

    Step 1: Delete AppData/Local/Zimbra/Zimbra Desktop/conf/version
Step 2: Make sure the Zimbra folder's window is closed and launch Zimbra Desktop
