    Default Cannot connect to any of my email accounts

    I have tried 2 gmail accounts and an ATT Yahoo account (bellsouth.net) as well as my bellsouth.net pop3 account.

    For all I get the same error: service.FAILURE: system failure: SMTP connect failure

    My settings for my bellsouth account in Zimbra are the same as Outlook 2007 and my gmail account should be a no-brainer since all I need is my user name and password.

    I use Mcafee as my firewall. It is set to allow Zimbra and I have also tried to connect with the fire wall off with no success. Any help will be appreciated.

    fresh install or it had been working before?
    yahoo had a server issue last week..but it is ok now...gmail had been good.....

    what os?

    NA or outside NA?

    try start with gmail first....
    did you use gmail in pre-set config menu in zimbra or use manual setup?
    if not..
    delete all accounts.
    then use pre-set for gmail...

    I have no old accounts. I cannot set up any accounts. I have tried gmail both pre-set and manual.

    Can you try
    1. uninstall
    2. cleanup registry
    3. dpwnload latest desktop
    4. do a virus check
    5. Stop firewall
    6. install Zimbra as Admin
