Angry Yahoo Japan Accounts not supported?

I am not able to connect via the "Yahoo" drop down menu or "IMAP" to my Yahoo Japan (yahoo.co.jp) accounts. If I use the Yahoo option it tries to auth to a Yahoo US account.
Please complete Yahoo! OAuth verification process by entering verify code from Yahoo!.

If I try to manually add the IMAP information it kicks out an "Account not found" error. However the accounts do exist and are being used without problem on both Thunderbird and Outlook.

The requested user account does not exist. Please check the spelling.

I found an old thread from 2009 asking to have this functionality added but haven't been able to find anything post that. http://www.zimbra.com/forums/general...supported.html

Does Zimbra support these accounts or not??? Unfortunately Yahoo Japan is a hard requirement for my email client so if it is not supported, or I can't solve the problem, must move on to something else. It is unfortunate because so far what I see in XZimbra I like.

Yes and I am successfully using it on other clients. Particularly Thunderbird (Which I am trying to migrate away from because it is no longer supported) and various mobile devices.
