Can anyone advise me what to do for the following message:
Zimbra Desktop is unable to synchronise data from ..........(email address)
re-enter the password and click Save to re-authenticate the account.
I do this and then it comes up with:
An unknown error
gdata.Invalid Credentials has occurred. OK
I have tried going into the account settings and edit and re-typing the password but it still says that it need authenticating and asks again that password is incorrect.
Can anyone suggest any ideas???
If it says wrong password, then the password is wrong.Can you confirm that the password is fine by logging in from other application?
Yes it works when I use other methods, i.e: sign in to my gmail account on other computers and this computer also when I use phone it works with the password so the only one it is not working on is in Zimbra which has only been the last couple of days that it has happened, prior to that worked fine. And yes I have shut down machine as well to make sure that, that wasn't the case.
