Default How to stop Email Grouping?

Tried to search the forums for this, could not find any threads.

How do you stop zimbra from grouping emails together.

The way it is grouping emails is not even close to correct. It is starting to really cause problems for me. It will group emails that are from completely different people with nothing about the emails being close to the same or shared.

    Thanks.

You could have read the documentation.

If by 'grouping' you mean in a Conversation then just change the View to "By Message"

I am experiencing the same issue. I have gone thru all the settings options however, I do not see anything that will allow us to switch that off.

Outstanding! I just did this. I hope it stops grouping my notifications together now.
