    Hi,

    Welcome to this forum

I don't think this is the best forum to post your question as is more an Outlook question than Zimbra. Anyway, I'm happy to help

The "cache" in outlook autocomplete function is very delicate and usually, it is hard to recover if you don't have a proper backup of your local files.

Please check this link and see there if that solution applies to you.

(I know, is a backup-restore procedure, but I'm crossing my fingers for you to have an old profile or old files with the right info in them)

Other thing you could do, although is a manual process, is to check your "outbound" folder and "re-add" your contacts manually

    Regards,
    Sebas
