BST delays by 1 hr incoming appointment times in calendar from Lotus Notes sender
My company has this issue that we just can't sort out. During British Standard Time, when we receive a calendar meeting request from our one customer (who uses Lotus Notes) it will display e.g. a start time of 10am when the meeting was originally sent as 9am. Our time zone shows Monrovia. We have to accept the invitation and then edit it to manually bring the start time forward by an hour. This causes a lot of confusion.
The really weird thing is that when we send them meeting requests, everything is fine. Likewise, we don't experience this problem with any of our other customers. Our time zone is always right otherwise.
We've looked into our mail and service provider setups but just can't find a solution. Please help.
