90% of our users have zimbra desktop installed and all of them experience this issue.
When using the desktop client the email body doesn't appear when trying to print, it's not even visible in the print preview. I have searched the internet and have found a workaround using ctrl + p, but this only works if the email fits on the users screen. Another solution would be to get the user to use the web client, but unfortunately my users are not willing to use the web client.
Any help would be appreciated.
