I am using Zimbra Desktop 7.2.5 version, and I recently started to receive emails that the mail limit will shortly exceed and I won`t be able to receive messages. For that reason I followed instructions about archiving, and I`ve created 'Local folder' and moved all my inbox mails into that folder. I thought that this will clean up the inbox and there will be no problem in receiving further emails. However, the problem still exists. How can I solve this issue. I need this because I still want to search through my old emails and open them via Zimbra (and not remove them completely and store them as exported file).
