    Default corrupted characters

We are delighted to know Zimbra -- one of the excellent softwares. As one user in HongKong, China, our company is going to change our email server to Zimmbra.
However, we found some translation problems during this testing process. After installing Zimbra, the users can send emails within Zimbra and all the languges can be displayed (P.S: We are using traditional chinese).
But when we send emails to Zimbra by using other companies' email addresses , eg: Gmail or other emails (in traditional chinese(example:中國
), the emails will change into corrupted characters(中fq).
As we are using the FC7 version, please kindly advise how to solve this problem. thanks for your help!

Can you attach the "Show Original" of a sample message that doesn't display properly?

Don't attach an image, just attach the text of one of those messages.

The mailer is tagging the mail as GB2312 but actually sending text encoded as GBK. Zimbra is decoding as GB2312 (a subset of GBK), so the characters in GBK but not in GB2312 are displayed as boxes.

    thanks
However, I found it that NOT ALL the emails of other companies to ZIMBRA turned into corrupted characters.
So, is the support of ZIMBRA for traditional chinese not good enough? Where can I see the types of support for traditional chineses in ZIMBRA? As far as I'm concerned, traditional chinese is divided into UTF-8 & BIG5. Are there any solutions for me to add the support for these 2 types characters?

Well, it'll be easier for us to diagnose if you can give us a sample message that works and one that doesn't. Text files, please, not images...

can you try to add '-Dmail.mime.decodetext.strict=false -Dmail.mime.decodeparameters=true -Dmail.mime.decodefilename=true' options to mailboxd_java_options?

it seems ok for me.(In Japanese).
