This is the second time I'm running into this problem during my migration process. Perhaps there is some setting I missed but I doubt it.
I'm using imapsync from communigate to zimbra. The same script just worked for about 10 accounts. When I run it now I cannot log into a particular account in zimbra.
I changed the password for the account.
Disabled account lockout
I still cannot log into this account, via imapsync, thunderbird(imap), or through the zimbra user interface.
I can't find any reason why this is happing. I reduced the cos settings (so it is letting me change the password), but nothing is working.
I even went as far as to make the account status 'maintenance' , then move it back to active.
