Hello working with zimbra and loving the calendar feature I have only one problem I have a calendar shared between 4 zimbra users they all can see the events that are out in this calendar but yet cannot edit them. When setting up the shared calendar I made sure that the users had manager accounts so that they may edit any changes needed to the appointments also choose the internal option. I check each individual user calendar and right-click on the shared calendar "edit properties" and on permissions have vie,edit,add,remove, accept and decline when double click on the appointments all they get is a close option.
