Default [SOLVED] Zimbra Upgrade from 4.5.6 to 4.5.7 fails (ldap start error 256)

I am doing a single-server upgrade from 4.5.6 to 4.5.7 and when zmsetup.pl runs I end up in a loop trying to start ldap... Any help appreciated ... I'm dead in the water at the moment :-/

    Here is the log snippet:

I should point out that sldap.conf exists and is owned by root, not zimbra and I've been using a self-signed certificate.
