    Default [SOLVED] Very short domains

    Hello,

I own the domain u.gg and was hoping to use zimbra to handle mail for it, but it won't let me add it as a domain. The error is "Value did not match valid values".

Is Zimbra unable to handle such short domains or have I done something wrong? I have added my other domains with no problems.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Zimbra 4.5.8 on Ubuntu

    Default or possible hacks

If anyone knows the way for me to add a "valid" domain then hack the config in mysql/ldap/wherever it is stored to get u.gg to work, I'd be very grateful

    what about
    zmprov cd u.gg

    Does that work?

You should also file a bug if you're running 4.5.8. If not, upgrade.

    Default hurrah!

zmprov cd u.gg worked perfectly - thanks very much!

Is it worth me submitting a bug report anyway as the interface should really allow me to do this, do you think?

    Cheers...

    Yep - file a bug.

It should work in the admin UI
