    Default Partition advice

I'm about to put Zimbra into a production environment, after a few weeks of testing... It seems that apart from the log file in /var/log/ everything is stored in /opt/zimbra/, is that correct? I just need to know what to make the partitions on the production box.

    Thanks

    John

From what I've seen jeg1972 your assumption would be correct. Database and all binaries are located under the respective directories.

Thanks, that's all I needed to know, I will make sure that /opt/ gets a very large partition! :-)

    Default partitions

You could also assign a partition to /opt/zimbra/store, or /opt/zimbra/index, to get the messages themselves onto a sep. partition. (and /opt/zimbra/db)
