Default [SOLVED] Installing Zimbra 5.02 NE on RHEL 5 x64?

    Hi,

I'm trying to setup Zimbra 5.02 Network Edition on a 64bit RHEL5 distro. When running the install.sh I get the following error:

One or more prerequisite packages are missing.
Please install them before running this installer.

    Installation cancelled.

I tried yum install libtdl but that didn't bring anything. I removed fetchmail as per suggestion of another post. If I add fetchmail it will bring with it exim and mysql as well. Am I missing something here?

Do you have the libtool 64bit package installed?

[edit]That should also include the 64bit libtool-libs as well.

I don't know. How can I check that? I'm new to RHEL, I've only used Debian based systems, so "yum" is a first for me.

If you run 'yum whatprovides libtool' and the same for libtool-libs it should list the packages you need to install.

It is not libtool-libs on RHEL5. It is libtool-ltdl, just like it complained about in the messages logged here. RH changed the package name between RHEL4 and RHEL5 from libtool-libs to libtool-ltdl.
