    Default License issue regarding OLK connector

    Zimbra support:

    I have just recently installed a new license in place of the original trial license. I have verified the new license has been imported properly using the "zmlicense -p" command. However, when I try and connect to Zimbra using the OLK Connector I still receive the message "the license has expired". I've tried everything including restarting the mail server and reinstalling the OLK connector with no joy.

    Please help!

    Sorry I don't know why directed the original to the Zimbra support. Please if anybody has any ideas please post them.

    The problem was caused by exceeding the number of active accounts versus purchased licenses. When I decreased the number of accounts from 29 to 25 the problem was resolved.

    This is counter to my understanding of the licensing poilcy. I was under the impression you could have as many accounts as you want but only 25 would work with OLK at any given time.

    Exceeding the number of accounts also prevents the backup utility from running. However, you get an accurate error message unlike with the OLK connector.
