I don't understand why this is a problem.

We default to your hostname, because we have no way of knowing what you want.

WE ALSO OFFER YOU THE ABILITY TO CHANGE THE DOMAIN NAME.

Did you even try to do that?

    Yes I tried that.

Well may be its a problem because I can not get any incomming mail.

    And around we go.

Why can't you get incoming mail? Are messages bouncing? Anything in /var/log/zimbra.log?

Is it possible for you to provide any information at all?

what does postfix say in /var/log/zimbra.log

logger and snmp are stopped because they can't read /var/log/zimbra.log

I want to know the current errors, not what was happening 3 installs back

You're getting some config errors (not causing the mail stoppage). To fix:
    zmprov ms mail.whatever.co.uk zimbraMtaMaxMessageSize 10240000

Looks like postfix can't connect to the public IP on port 25:
    Feb 23 19:44:16 mail postfix/smtp[10469]: 9004622DB2: to=, relay=none, delay=30, status=deferred (connect to mail.freeos.co.uk[81.151.45.196]: Connection timed out)

And the bounce is disappearing, because it can't connect on the lmtp port (7025), either:
    Feb 23 19:47:26 mail postfix/lmtp[10669]: EC10722DB9: to=, relay=none, delay=190, status=deferred (connect to mail.freeos.co.uk[81.151.45.196]: Connection timed out)
