Default integrating zimbra in an existing samba/ldap environment

    Hi,
I've noticed in the wiki how to configure Zimbra and Samba to act as a primary domain controller (PDC) that uses LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) as a central password database for authenticating users on Linux and Windows desktops.

What about if there is an existing samba/ldap environment? Is possible to use the existing ldap with zimbra?

    Thanks

You can certainly use an external LDAP as your authentication mechanism. You can't replace the Zimbra LDAP with an external LDAP, if that's what you're asking.
