I installed the latest Zimbra on CentOS 5.2 in a virtual machine today. I am trying it out to see if it will work as my home email solution. From what I can see it rocks and if I can get past a few issues I'll be using it. Then if I can only get it into work...
I've browsed the forums and wiki's for hours tonight and still have two questions.
1. I have multiple email accounts spread over 3 different isp's. I want to set up external imap for each account, and ensure that replies to those emails use the proper smtp host to send the email, not the zimbra smtp. Is this possible? I only see options for one isp smart host.
2. I have a dynamic ip and since I really only want to use Zimbra for everything but email, I am wondering if I need the mx records set up properly since I will only be using external accounts for email.
If I like the way Zimbra works I'll eventually move my personal domain's over to zimbra, but I'll still have two domains that I want to group together into my zimbra interface.
