What browser/OS? does it work if you use the IP address instead of the host ?
Client is firefox 3.0.2 on Fedora 9.
Using the IP address makes no difference unfortunately.
Hi, I'am almost new to zimbra and in this forum.
Have nearly the same problem as described above. Running latest zimbra os version on centos 5.2
Accessing web admin consol with https://domain.com:7071 the login screen is shown as expected.
I use VirtualHost to access admin page (https://communicationadmin.domain.com) and it's working in the past. After reinstall of my server and setting up in zimbra, apache etc. in the same way, I only see an empty (cream colored) admin screen.
here my virtuelhost file (/etc/httpd/conf.d/zimbra.conf)
ProxyPass / https://domain.org:7071/
ProxyPassReverse / https://domain.org:7071/

I have experienced the same problem many times, but in my case its in the browser side.
I'm not sure if it's in the java engine of the browser.
Did you try using another browser from another machine?
I used several pc's and browsers (firefox 2/3, IE6/7) all with the same result.
In firefox error console I can see the following errors:
- Fehler: DwtEvent is not defined Quelldatei: https://communicationadmin.andreas-f...v=081003055118 Zeile: 8
- Fehler: AjxException is not defined Quelldatei: https://communicationadmin.andreas-f...v=081003055118 Zeile: 276
- Fehler: AjxCore is not defined Quelldatei: https://communicationadmin.andreas-f...g/zimbraAdmin/ Zeile: 894
- Fehler: AjxWindowOpener is not defined Quelldatei: https://communicationadmin.andreas-f...g/zimbraAdmin/ Zeile: 845
If I call admin page in regular way (https://domain.com:7071/) all is displayed normal. But I need a alternative way without port statement!
