    Default Can not get email to relay Port 25 not open?

    Hi, I have a crm app on a remote server 203.132.83.xx and I can not get it to relay emails from my zimbra server. This server is in India and I do have the MTA set like this:
    203.132.83.0/27

    this is a sales software tool that sends data from the application. the remote server can not access port 25 on my zimbra server. Please advise.

    When you say it cannot access port 25 what do you mean ? Do you not even get the SMTP banner message ? If so I would check any firewalls that may be in the way.
