When you use the web console, you are able to press the "To" button and it brings up a list of everyone on our Zimbra server. From here you can easily select everyone to email to.
I use Mac Mail and have no way of mass emailing without typing in everyone manually. When I type an Address in it does Auto Complete the Address, however I have no way of bringing up the full list of users on our Zimbra Server when using Mac Mail. When mass emailing I have to revert to the web based version.
Does this make sense to anyone? Is this how Zimbra works or is there some way I can set this up within Mac Mail (which I guess just uses Address Book)
Is there something more I need to add under Address Book preferences? I have our email server added under "LDAP" I also have the iSync Connector and am able to sync my Address Book and iCal.
Interested to hear any responses from others who use Mac Mail and if they have access to this feature or not.
