    Default Install

    after i save the config file, i get an error saying

    Installing packages

    zimbra-core......zimbra-core-3.0.M1_21.RHEL4-20050920162541_.i386.rpm...FAILED
    ###ERROR###

    zimbra-core-3.0.M1_21.RHEL4-20050920162541_.i386.rpm installation failed

    Installation cancelled

    any clue as to what this could mean, sorry but im new to the whole linux world, but i love it

    There should be a install log in /tmp. Might want to see if that has any details.

    it says

    Preparing packages for installation...
    installing package zimbra-core-3.0.M1_21.RHEL4-20050920162541_ needs 49MB on the / filesystem
    does it mean i dont have enough ram or HD space

    What does df -k report?

    im sorry but im very new to linux and i dont even know what that means or what to do with it df -k?

    No problem. It's a command.

    Just enter "df -k" (without the quotes) it should report the space on your harddrive.

    oh sorry, yeah ive totally depleted my HD space, thats why thnx man, much appreciated
